You order online with no payment needed upfront. We confirm your order by WhatsApp, then a courier delivers it to your door — you pay in cash when it arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Nationwide delivery across Lebanon takes 24-48 hours depending on your area.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is a flat $5. It’s free automatically once your order reaches $80.
What happens if I’m not home when the courier arrives?
If you’re not home, our courier will call you to reschedule for another convenient time — no extra charge.
What’s your return policy?
Full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. If it arrived damaged, contact us on WhatsApp with a photo and we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
Yes — gift wrapping is available for $3 per box, wrapped separately from the rest of your order.
