Shipping, Return & Refund Policy — DropZoneLb

Welcome to DropZoneLb. We hold our products to the highest standards. To maintain our quality and keep prices competitive across Lebanon, we enforce a strict, clear shipping and return policy for all orders.

Shipping Policy (Lebanon Only)

  • Domestic Coverage: We exclusively deliver across all regions within Lebanon. We do not ship internationally.

  • Delivery Fee: Flat-rate delivery across Lebanon is $3.00 USD (or equivalent daily market rate in LBP upon Cash on Delivery). Multi-pack bundle promotions featuring free delivery will have the shipping fee automatically waived at checkout.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday through Saturday). Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days depending on your location/district.

  • Address & Phone Accuracy: You must provide an active Lebanese phone/WhatsApp number and exact address details (City, Street, Building, Floor). Our courier will call/WhatsApp you prior to arrival. If a package cannot be delivered due to an unresponsive customer or incorrect address, a $3.00 re-delivery fee will apply.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations: Orders enter fulfillment quickly. Any modification or cancellation requests must be sent to dropzonelb1@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Return & 30-Day Strict Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Window: Return requests must be initiated within strictly 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests received on day 31 or later are rejected automatically.

  • Condition Requirements: Due to the hygiene and personal-care nature of the CarryLess™ 4-in-1 Travel Bottle & Pods, items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the original sealed packaging.

  • Voided Eligibility: Any item that has been filled with liquids, washed, used, or has broken security seals/packaging is strictly ineligible for return.

  • Return Shipping & Courier Fees: The customer is strictly responsible for covering the $3.00 return courier pickup fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Inspection & Restocking: Returned items undergo physical inspection upon arrival. Approved returns are subject to a 15% inspection/restocking fee deducted from the final refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (for online card payments) or sent via Whish Money / OMT (for Cash on Delivery orders, with standard transfer fees deducted).

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, you must contact us at dropzonelb1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number along with clear photos/videos of the damaged product and outer packaging for a free immediate replacement.
