How does cash on delivery work?

You order online without entering any card details. We confirm on WhatsApp, then you pay the driver in cash when the box is in your hands.

How long does delivery take?

48 hours to anywhere in Lebanon. Beirut and Mount Lebanon are often next day.

What if I'm not home when the driver arrives?

The driver calls before heading over. If the timing doesn't work, we reschedule for the next day at no extra cost.

What does the 30-day refund cover?

If you don't want it, message us within 30 days and we refund you in full. We pay the return shipping, not you.

Can I get it gift wrapped?

Yes. Tick gift wrapping at checkout and it arrives wrapped, with no prices on the paperwork.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we ship a replacement. You don't send the broken one back.

Do you deliver outside Lebanon?

Not yet. Right now we only deliver inside Lebanon.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Reply to the WhatsApp confirmation and we'll adjust it.
